"Flo's Friends care for my Aunt who wants to remain at home even though her health is deteriorating.

She has a small team of four caring, capable ladies ensuring continuity of care. They share jokes with her while addressing all of her needs, helping to alleviate loneliness and break up her day.

Communication with Amy (manager) and her carers is excellent. As a need arises any requests for additional help are quickly implemented. I'm informed of any changes in her condition as soon as it occurs.

I have complete peace of mind regarding my Aunt's care, it is first class. I cannot recommend Flo's friends enough as a care provider."
